Manufactured Dreams, the highly anticipated debut full-length
from the Texan grind core group Apocalyptic Noise Syndicate.

The main forte of Apocalyptic Noise Syndicate’s ambitious and atypical grind-oriented output is that it’d be just as gripping, imaginative, hard-hitting, and fresh, regardless of whether it was released today or thirty years ago. While the Grindcore moniker holds firm when talking about them, there’s a fair amount of technical or even progressive tendencies, amidst all the chaos created by the blend of this main ingredient and hardcore/crust leanings, that rear their discordant heads every now and then throughout the album. While there’s no denying that Manufactured Dreams is designed to demolish its listener, at least those submitting themselves under its pressure and firm grasp, will have a pleasant ride downwards to their concealed psyche.
